I would give this dr and her staff zero stars. My son son had a 3:30 appointment and was not seen until 4:20 causing him to miss another appointment, which the staff was aware of. Not only a waste of time, but cost me money for the appointment he missed. The overbooking unnecessary and very unprofessional. Dermatology Associates is a much better choice and we will be switching him over to that practice

Dr.Saif has been taking care of my skin for many years. I trust her 100% with any cosmetic procedure she recommends. I recently had the laser and can see the improvement already!! Her skin products that she recommends are excellent.

Dr Shazia Saif is a wonderful dr and I’ve had a major improvement in my skin by seeing her. The problem I have with the oldbridge location is the rude secretary named Linda. I was running late and was in the office building when I received a call by Linda asking where I was that it was 20 min. Past my appt time I said I’m in the building she proceeds to be combative and interrogate me asking “what do u mean you’re in the building?” I calmly replied “ in the office building looking for the office” and she says “haven’t you been here before?” And I again bit my tongue and said I usually go to the Holmdel office. Ok first of all why are you interrogating patients? I’m not a child you Shouldn’t be interrogating me and being rude to patients. I made a compliant with Certified Dermatologys complaint manager Nancy and she said she’s known Linda for years and “she can be gruff”. I told her I am now uncomfortable going to the oldbridge office and she said “ok I guess we’ll see you in holmdel”. So staff is aware of her behavior and are ok with a patient having to potentially avoid a location because of an unprofessional secretary. I was so upset no patient should be spoken down to by a “gruff” employee. Shame on you Linda! Don’t say you have no record of me being A patient either because I’m using a friends account to write this.
