Rashida is such a beautiful person. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and so warm and welcoming. I have never had a dermatologist be so attentive. The office is super clean and all around the staff is so kind.

I called got a next day appt the front desk girl Karen was so accommodating. She let the PA check the blemish I came in for and I asked for a body check as well, she replied sure. What a pleasure to actually meet up with such a personable helpful person in addition the Rashida the PA was equally helpful thank you Schweiger dermatology I will never return to Princeton dermatology they offer no help should probably be in another profession. Update: Monday passed still nobody called to change the prescription despite of calling the office 4 times., Horrible customer care. Never going back to this group again..support team is a joke.. no one bothers abt the well being of their patients. my daughter was seen by Hassanali, Rashida PA today at Howell location, she prescribed antibiotics in suspension form which is not available at any pharmacy location , called central customer service coz office was closed@2:30, pharmacist called them @2:43 to Paige the dr to switch the med to capsule form thrice, then I called again n spoke to Noora(representative) she assured me dr or office will get in touch with pharmacist soon, I waiting at pharmacy for an hr.. called again no response. Saturday Sunday office is closed, no one will get in touch till Monday. What’s the point of prescribing antibiotics means my kid needs it urgently rt? Horrible service.. don’t know who to contact nw.. that’s just unacceptable.

I am disgusted at the ethics of this place. Let’s just start off by saying that there is no phone number to speak to a receptionist at this location directly, which makes it very difficult to schedule an appointment. But I looked passed that already before. But what upset me 100 times worse was I had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks in advance to have an excision procedure done, a day before the appointment I get a voicemail from the receptionist her name is Karen, saying that the prior authorization was not complete and that I need to reschedule. I couldn’t call her back because there is no phone number to get through. I happen to have been in the area at that time so I went in to the office and spoke to Karen and I told her that I will call the insurance company and get completed. She assured me she reinstated my appointment. We left off that if I am not successful than I will call the call center and let them know, but if she doesn’t hear from me than that means I took care of it. I got on the phone and over 30 minutes on the phone with Horizon and got it taken care of. Now it was time for the appointment, I drove 20 minutes to the appointment only to be told that she cancelled it and there is no way I can be seen today. And I have to reschedule for at least 3 weeks out because the Doctor Samantha McPhail is going on vacation now. This place sucks. Do your self a favor and find a better dermatologist. Which is what I am doing now.

I struggled with seborrheic dermatitis most of my adult life. I’ve tried cream after cream and provider after provider. I had finally given in and accepted that I would just have to live with this uncomfortable condition. But then I found Jessica Spinelli! She was so personal, kind, patient, and knowledgeable while speaking with me in my first visit. After trying one or two treatments that didn’t work I was again ready to give up. But Jessica was undeterred! She found a new medication and went above and beyond in helping me. I’m happy to report that my skin has never felt better! I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Jessica Spinelli!!!
