Dr. Jeereddy always spends time with me and listens to my concerns. The staff is great especially Cassandra, she is so pleasant and friendly, she really makes you feel comfortable. It’s not often you find someone who is exceptional and Cassandra is just that. Thank you Cassandra for being so awesome and it was a pleasure speaking with you!!

I recently had a visit with my mom. The young lady, I believe her name is Cassandra was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. She answered any and all questions I may have had. Not too often you get kind and friendly office staff. She exceeded my expectations. Thank you Ms. Cassandra.

The worst place to go if you are really sick. The front staff is beyond stupid. Asked me to come in at 10:15 and asked to hurry up. I reach there and I have 4 people ahead of me. She let's two people who came after me go ahead as well saying they have appointments already. I waited 70 minutes for an appointment I was asked to come ASAP. And then the lady straight up asks me if I want to see the doctor or not. They really have some attitude problems and don't have patients best interest in mind.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jeereddy for over a decade. Her bedside manner has always been good, and the wait time used to be reasonable. However, recently I’ve noticed changes that have made my experience increasingly frustrating, particularly with the front office staff. The front staff has become unprofessional, often being argumentative and unhelpful. Phone calls to the office are frequently interrupted, disconnected, or handled dismissively, especially when it comes to important matters like specialist referrals or surgical clearances. They have also messed up my chart and provided incorrect information, and I've had to clarify things multiple times. These interactions add stress and make it difficult to feel supported in managing my health. While Dr. Jeereddy has been helpful in my ongoing care, her office’s customer service is in serious need of improvement. Patients deserve respect and timely assistance, especially when navigating critical medical needs.

Great doctor and the best office staff to work with. Cassandra is always so happy and willing to help you with anything.
