This review is long overdue. Kristie always takes her time to explain her treatment care and truly cares about the progress of her patients. She’s constantly asking me about the status of my condition and offers her full attention when addressing any of my concerns. Thank you Kristie!

Kristie Walton and the staff were professional and personable. I felt I was in good hands. My appointment went exceptionally well and the wait time was minimal. I was seen quickly, everything was explained in detail, and my procedure went well. I was overall, very happy with the entire experience.

Their suggestions made my problems much worse, went from having a few tiny red bumps around my eyes to having a full blown problem. Also the RN was very rude and I was uncomfortable because they didn't provide a functional robe for the general skin exam and I had to do the whole consult in my underwear. Didn't even seem very thorough looking at moles and some areas she just skipped over. She didn't listen to stuff I was explaining about what works and doesn't work for my skin, completely invalidated when I told her stuff/products that I had figured out were causing me issues. And she made a rude comment about me being sweaty despite me just being really uncomfortable. "You're a sweater, no offense." She didn't seem super knowledgeable on what she was talking about. Maybe they're fine for cosmetic stuff but for actual problems with your skin see a qualified derm or work through trial and error yourself. They also wrote my name wrong on my prescription. This whole appointment just seemed very unprofessional. I attached a pic of my eyes before and after going here. The problems weren't that bad and they got so much worse.

From making the appt, to the reminders, and of course the fabulous staff, I was taken care of throughout.
