THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. My fiance and I just got a couples massage, and let’s just say if i could give 0 stars i would. 1) they don’t even speak with you regarding your massage before they start. They just come right in and do whatever they want. She was extremely rough, and massage was not relaxing at all. 2) they talked through the entire massage, how rude. 3) you can hear all commotion going on in the place from the front, you can’t even relax during your massage. 4) the rooms are not comforting at all. The room was cold, and didn’t have any scents or essential oils to help you relax during the service. 5) they literally forced us to pay a tip, and it felt like we were literally held at ransom when trying to leave. The service was horrible, they didn’t deserve a tip at all, but we were going to leave $10 for the heck of it, and she said that wasn’t enough we need to leave more! When the sign says, tips are APPRECIATED. This place is a scam, and I’m so mad i didn’t call the police when this happened. How are they getting away with this??

Been a member for some years now, even after moving west, my wife and I still drive 50minutes for spa days. Massages are well worth it and the facials by Maggie are A1. She's well versed in her craft. Buy the bundle deals, makes more sense.

My son purchased an hour massage and facial as a gift for me. Helen and Vivi were wonderful. I will definitely go back. It’s a welcoming boutique and the staff is very friendly.

Apparently Not everyone has a good experience at Lucid Spa. I bought a massage as a Groupon deal and used it 3 weeks ago. When I called to schedule my massage the person I spoke to asked me for the voucher # then called to tell me she couldn't find it. My appt was for a Sat but she processed the voucher when I gave it to her. I asked about it when I got there... the owner told me that on weekends people often cancel which is why she did that. I didn't accept that explanation bc it meant that I couldn't cancel it within the 3 day grace period. Fast forward I was given a firm massage as opposed to Swedish which is what I requested. She focused on my back bc I had alot of knots caused by stress which is common condition for me. Although I felt the massage was too hard at times, she removed all of the knots and overall I felt relaxed afterwards. I was Not asked to tip by the owner or MT, I did it as I do whenever I get a massage at other places. That said, I will probably go back w/out a groupon deal.

Every other review is right…they will ask for more tip claiming you didn’t give enough. When my friend gave more, then the lady goes “you pay what you want.” Really?? I tried and you weren’t happy. I’ll never ever go. And the owner asks you to book through them and they’ll honor the Groupon price lol AVOID THIS PLACE
