I always ensure my reviews are respectful and fair, and I only provide feedback based on real experiences. My daughter started your acne treatment program on December 28, 2024. Today is February 14, 2025, and in this time, she has had only three visits to your office, despite your initial statement that she needed appointments every two weeks. Her last visit was on January 24, 2025, and the next scheduled appointment was for February 22, 2025. However, you canceled this appointment, stating you would be out of the country. This means she will go an entire month without treatment. Additionally, I contacted you two days ago because my daughter had run out of her acne treatment products. So far, she has only received six bottles of basic acne products, with each bottle costing no more than $30—bringing the total value to approximately $180, certainly not the $300 you claimed. You never disclosed that the $1,900 cost of the 90-day acne program would only cover one month of supplies, requiring additional purchases after that. This lack of transparency is concerning. Furthermore, when my daughter followed the daily routine instructions you provided, she noticed that a listed product was missing. When she asked about it, you admitted it was a mistake and told her she didn’t actually need it—but if she still wanted it, she would have to purchase it separately. This inconsistency is confusing and unprofessional. In total, within a month and a half, my daughter has only seen you three times, and now she will go all of February without treatment or supplies. Your office is difficult to reach, and I only get an answering machine when I call. Given these circumstances, I believe I have the right to request a refund, as my daughter has not received even 10% of the treatment promised. This is not a threat but a necessary step to ensure my daughter's well-being. Your responses and handling of this situation do not make me feel confident or safe in continuing her treatment at your office. I hope you address this matter promptly and fairly. She personally handled my teenage daughter’s acne treatment and recommended the 90-day program, which cost $1,900 upfront. Wanting to support my 17-year-old daughter, who struggles with acne and self-esteem, I trusted her recommendation and paid through Affirm, as she suggested. My daughter’s first appointment was on December 28, 2024. She received a small product kit, but the bottles were about an ounce each. So far, she has had only three facial treatments, and unfortunately, there has been little follow-up from Priscilla. Every time I reached out, I only received automated responses or texts, making it difficult to get proper guidance. Recently, when I expressed my concerns, Priscilla’s response was disappointing. Instead of addressing the issues, she unexpectedly canceled my daughter’s upcoming appointment on February 22, 2025, which had been scheduled by her on January 24, 2025, because she is out of country.. She also mentioned that additional acne supplies would require extra payment, even though the treatment was supposed to last 90 days. I was surprised to learn that a $1,900 program only included enough products for about a month, instead of three months that program last. When I brought this up, the response was not very understanding or helpful. I had expected a more supportive approach, especially given that this treatment was supposed to help my daughter feel more confident about her skin. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I requested a refund, but I was told it’s non-refundable. After researching, I found other reviews mentioning similar issues, which is even more disheartening. At this point, I feel let down by how this situation was handled. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

It was my 1st time doing laser hair removal it was definitely a great experience. My hair hasn’t grown back yet I couldn’t believe it . Kayla & Priscilla Are Very nice and informative. I felt super comfortable. I can’t wait to do laser hair removal for my legs 🦵 next . I highly recommend .

Don’t go here. You booked an appointment give your deposit and one hour before they canceled your appointment to keep your deposit. The advertisement in IG is all fake. No one is intending to hurt your business. I had a bad experience and I am entitled to share my opinion. You never called me and never left a message. The texts does not say to confirm and I only received a text the same day. If you wanted to give my slot to someone else. Instead of canceling my appointment one hour before you could’ve call me and leave me a message to call back. You canceled my appointment right when I was getting ready . I never had that happens to me before. The deposit is for no show so instead of assuming I wasn’t going you could had waited for my appointment time and kept my deposit. You have not refund me my deposit

I received the Hydrafacial and Priscilla did such an amazing job! The studio was so clean, smelled amazing and very much inviting. I’m currently dealing with postpartum acne and Priscilla recommended a few products without being super pushy. I’ll definitely be back :)

I’ve had facials before…. But non compare to the facial I got with Priscilla. Thank you. My skin/my face looks so much better ✅
