Check in was quick staff so pleasant! Wait time 3 minutes I get called into the back surgery suites and I spoke to the nice Physicians assistantabout current .Ed's she took a quick look at my marble size cyst on my scalp and said okay everything looks good the doctor will be right with you. She closed the door all the instruments were already set up and very in order and clean looking the doctor reintroduced herself as I've been there before I said it was nice to see you she asked me to lay down on my stomach and she cut the cyst right out of my scalp and under 4 minutes. Her bedside manner was wonderful and she made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. She sewed it up with one or two stitches and told me I'd be back to have the Stitch removed and to have the other cyst taken out at the same time and at that point which is this coming week I will be cyst free and I was out of the office from start to finish in about 18 to 20 minutes with the new appointment which the wonderful receptionist made sure it fit into my schedule. This place was clean peaceful and very professional and I recommend them to anyone with any type of cyst or dermatology issue! Thanks Dr. ALEXANDRA you were amazing!

Don’t trust this office with your care. Poor communication and customer service. They were supposed to call me with results and I asked for a call back before the office closed, no one called me. The next day I call again and the customer service says there is no note of me speaking with someone and no one can read me the results of the labs except the doctor who performed the test who is not available until tomorrow. No respect or empathy for a patient waiting on a lab result that would have anyone worried. Can’t get in touch with anyone at the office because my doctor wasn’t in that day so no one would even speak to me.

Absolutely horrible. I had an appointment that was cancelled due to Dr. Dundon being sick. That was not the problem, but how the office staff communicated it was deplorable and rude. I was told that as a new patient there was no rush to see me nor any obligation on their part to communicate that opinion. Do not recommend.

Rushed appt with Dundon, now was put in collections and provided proof to office manager via fax as she requested it that way. i paid my bill!!! she never called and i have even asked for the corporate office to call me. At this time, i have filed a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs 124 Halsey Street 7th Floor Newark, NJ. and the health insurance company. The office manger blamed the health care system. she is part of the problem. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS COMPANY.

Very happy the office agreed to ser me even after i realized i showed up a day early. My mistake. Lauren n Lauren, her assistant in the Morristown office were very informative, took care of me right away and were easy to speak with. No judgement bc I don't follow a regimen.
