Very odd and unprofessional experience at this clinic. I had a 1 hour facial appointment with Enas at 2pm, and she comes out to get me from the waiting area closer to 2:25. I mentioned I couldn’t stay longer than 3:10 and don’t feel like it’s right paying for the facial without getting the full experience. The next 20 minutes was spent her giving me a “verbal skin analysis” as she said the machine they use for skin analyses was broken, and telling me how my appointment was delayed because her previous client needed longer for her facial. She rescheduled me for 2 days later, mentioned she’s on spring break and has all open availability, and offered me free products and services mentioning not to let her employer know. Immediately canceled when I got home and found another clinic for my facial.

Excellent. The best facials ever!!! I tried facials elsewhere but settled on Valley Aesthetic. My skin looks young, radiant and smooth for weeks after. In addition, I love Kat and the entire team. They are so professional and kind.

I've been going to Valley Aesthetic for a few months now for acne scars on my face and back. Kat was the person who did my first assessment and came up with a plan for management. She is very knowledgeable and generous. You can definitely tell that she cares a lot about her customers. I ended up doing Viva MD for 3 sessions and noticed a big difference with my acne scars and discoloration. I was having a hard time with it because my face was a little sensitive to the Viva MD but the aestheticians have been so helpful and nice in terms of trying to remedy the discomfort. I definitely see myself going back here regularly.

I have gotten a few facials from this place and I honestly can say I left very happy. My face felt soft and I looked refreshed. The customer service there is also great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the atmosphere is great as well. Highly recommended.
