Dr. Partridge and her staff are absolutely amazing. They are extremely kind, professional, and supportive. After several years of trying o have a breast reduction, I finally found Dr. Partridge and was able to move forward with the procedure. Her expertise put me at ease with kindly answering any and all questions I might have had. She is extremely thorough and has walked me through every step of the process. I could not recommend her enough!

Dr.Partridge and her staff are amazing, professional, caring, supportive…I could keep going. From the consultation, to the surgery, to recovery they were so attentive, made me feel like I was the only patient. If I had questions I got responses and if I had concerns they were addressed. Now to the surgery…my results look amazing 🤩! I look good and I am so happy that I chose Dr. Partridge. She explained everything pre and post op. She welcomed me in the hospital and was such a smiley face which put me at ease. I have absolutely no regrets! Absolutely love Kira too! She is so pleasant and also attentive and responsive. . It took me several months to wrap my mind around my experience at Partridge Plastic Surgery. I had to allow a period of time to pass for my body to process and release some of the confusion, anger, regret and trauma before even attempting to put anything into words. In April 2024, I received under eye filler injected by Dr. Partridge. This was my first experience with filler. I was told the results would be instant with a minimal recovery period associated with mild bruising and swelling. Immediately after receiving the filler, I noticed that the filler appeared to be raised and sitting on top of my skin. I asked the doctor if this was normal. I had no prior knowledge of this process so when Dr. Partridge assured me that it would settle, I believed her. In the weeks to follow, I made numerous calls and had several visits with Dr. Partridge. I informed the doctor and staff that I was experiencing extreme pain, discomfort and burning from the filler. I repeatedly sought medical reassurance from Dr. Partridge as the pain that I was experiencing was deeply disturbing and difficult to deal with. Each time I saw Dr. Partridge, she would use phrases like "Oh it's just a little puffy", "It looks so good", "You don't like it?" constantly patronizing me and implying that I was being overly critical. During this time, I started to question my own sanity as this experience was beyond anything I could imagine happening with a medical professional who was supposed to have my best interest in mind. I went to see 2 other plastic surgeons who explained that the filler done by Dr. Partridge was placed too superficially. I was told that the filler would not have settled on it's own and had to be dissolved, despite what Dr. Partridge kept telling me. I asked for the filler to be dissolved by Dr. Partridge which was another extremely painful process. I did a total of 4 sessions. Dr. Partridge had the actual audacity to tell me that she needed to charge me for future dissolving sessions, taking no accountability for the work she did. The filler is still not completely dissolved to this date. The dissolving process has left my under eyes and face deeply sunken in with a burning sensation that hasn't stopped in months! It feels like acid is under my skin. My once beautiful skin is now saggy, dented, and covered in rashes and bumps. I would have never thought this outcome and treatment was even possible from a licensed plastic surgeon. The actions and treatment of this doctor were simply deplorable! My experience with Dr. Joanne Partridge has been what nightmares are made of. From the improper filler placement, questionable dissolving process, to the medical gaslighting and lack of accountability. Most importantly, the long term permanent damage of this deeply regrettable procedure and astronomical costs associated with ongoing treatments to even get the burning sensation to cease. I share this so that others can make informed decisions about this doctor and getting filler in general. There can be complications! Foreign chemicals are being injected into our faces under the narrative that it's safe and easily reversible, which simply isn't true. The damage can be permanent, painful and life-altering. I keep attempting to attach pictures to this review and it won't post. I ask that you take this review seriously and understand the magnitude and severity of putting your trust in this doctor especially with your face.

Partridge Plastic Surgery Center is phenomenal! From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave, they make you feel like family. Everyone is extremely pleasant and professional. Meeting Dr. Partridge for the first time, I felt like I knew her for years. She was so sweet, friendly and sociable that I did not feel like I was in a doctor's office. The procedure went well and I feel great. Dr. Partridge did exactly what I requested and I am so happy with the results. She has the hands of an angel. Already love this place😊.
