The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. Stacey gave me expert advice on maintaining my now straight hair. My hair has never looked healthier, less frizzy and less puffy. The salon is clean, well-organized, and has a modern yet cozy vibe. I was also impressed with the high-quality products they use, which left my hair feeling soft and shiny. The entire experience was worth every penny, and I left feeling rejuvenated and confident. First, let me just say that Gianna is top tier. I had gotten my hair done at another salon and was so unhappy with it for days and then I heard about Simon Styles. Gianna listened to me when I explained what I was unhappy about, and immediately knew what to do, giving me her suggestions. She did the most perfect and spot on color correction I could have ever asked for. Usually I don’t enjoy my salon experiences because they tend to be long and boring, but for the first time ever I actually really enjoyed this one! I loved talking with Gianna, they offer food, coffee and water, and the entire atmosphere is peaceful and sleek. After she finished with the color, she styled it so beautifully and even showed me how. She is professional, easy to talk to, and excellent at her craft. I could not say enough good things about Simon Styles and Gianna. This is the only place (and only woman) I will ever go to get my hair done- I wish I had an excuse to go sooner again! Small shop in a corner street, but fabulous interior and Stacey was amazing! I am unfamiliar with the world of hair color and she made me feel confident and comfortable. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided relevant feedback. Even after we were finished and I had further questions she did not brush me off but rather helped me find a way to maintain the color I wanted.

I had an incredible experience with Medina and she took the time to listen to what I wanted for my hair (caramel balayage and cut). From the warm welcome to the attentive care, she listened to my needs and transformed my hair into a stunning masterpiece that exceeded my expectations. I've been going to Simon Styles for almost five years now (3 to 4 times a year). I am a guy with long hair and was butchered for years until someone finally told me, "If you're going to have long hair you need a stylist" I sat in Simons chair and never looked back. The advice, recommendations, cut have been above reproach. No one will ever come close to my hair with scissors except Simon and as a business owner I KNOW he will only accept excellence from the stylists at his salons.
