i called to make an appointment for my boyfriend and the first lady i had was so nice. She was very patient with me while i tried to get all his paperwork i needed. It was taking a while so i said i would call back. i called back shortly after and the second lady i had was beyond rude. wish i asked her name to let everyone know but she was super quick with me. i misheard the question she asked and she very quickly snapped at me and expressed that is not what she asked. she asked me a question i didn’t know the answer to as i was getting the answer she told i had to call back because she didn’t have time to wait and kept saying to call back and then hung up on me. i will NOT be making an appointment here since there employee was rude i don’t want to know how the rest of the office is.

When my husband and I moved from Beverly Hills to South Jersey, I never thought I'd find a dermatologist who could keep me looking good enough for the red carpet. A few weeks ago, Victoria caught something that saved my life, and today she and her assistant removed a bunch of ugly and nagging skin tags that I've had for decades! This is the greatest Valentine's gift that anyone could ask for! Anyone not giving this establishment 5 stars is posting irrelevant garbage! The team at BCD is top flight! Was not treated here. Tried to set appointment. Played phone tag. Then left holding so long there phone disconnected. Person I finally spoke to never heard of my insurance and told me she was to busy to call them that I should call. Not sure how me calling them will make her know who they are. It’s okay. Not the only doctor around. Was just going since a littler closer.

would give 0 stars if I could. I came here to have some freckles / moles looked at and was told they're all good nothing to worry about. A second opinion and I needed 5 spots removed. Don't waste your time or money here. Front desk is rude and the Dr clearly missed a few things. She barely looked at my skin- I actually got up and spun around and that was all it's laughable. I am so happy I found a new place - I was paid attention to, treated nicely and actually was taken care of.
