Get a 2nd opinion after visiting this office!!! My son, girlfriend and mother have all been misdiagnosed visiting this office. My son had a broken bone that was left untreated for weeks until insisting something was wrong. My gf was misdiagnosed for over SIX MONTHS for an injury.

I have always had good experiences at this place. I like Dr. Bober and most of his staff. However, I will be switching to a new doctor after 6 years because since I’ve come out as trans, Shauna, one of the phlebotomists, continuously and deliberately calls me by the wrong name even when I’ve corrected her and asked her to stop. Again most everyone here is great but I can’t overlook the bigotry I’ve experienced my last two visits. Thank you for the years of service Dr. Bober.

The wait time online is a lie. I was supposedly number one on the wait list and waited over two hours to be seen by a doctor in the back. When I asked a nurse how much longer she was extremely rude and admitted that the wait time online is wrong. Her and the other nurse were just on their phones in the back with their feet up. The customer care at this place is seriously lacking. I am so disappointed by Inspira Urgent Care and the staff they employ.

I'd like you to please update your hours please. Wednesday says you're open til 7 and I tried to call at 4:30 for an appointment.

I recently needed a new primary care doctor and tried this office; 3 visits later, I feel confident in my choice. I've had both telehealth and in-person visits and am satisfied with my care. It is quick and easy to schedule appointments, I had no wait time and my visit actually started before my scheduled time 2 out of 3 times so far. The doctor has been very patient and thorough and front desk staff was kind.
