Sarah did a fantastic job with the facial treatment. My skin came out smoother with an amazing glow. I was getting compliments from strangers about how great my skin looked. Was made to feel super comfortable as well. Great customer service.

I seriously love going to Firm Lab in Warren. T and Lauren are super sweet and very well educated. At my first visit, they both really took the time to better understand what my goals are. I cannot wait to see the progress over time.

The technician was fabulous (her name is T) and the treatment was well priced and did the job. The whole experience was delightful including the receptionist and the intake procedure. The space is well appointed and has all the right amenities. It was my first time although I have been getting traditional facials for many years. I will never go back to those. This is so much better and results can be seen immediately. Stellar and enjoyable in every way.

LOVE LOVE The Firm Lab! The staff is very warm and welcoming and…. I have to add… it smells soooo good in there ! Beautifully decorated as well. My aesthetician ( Victoria) was great and explained everything in detail as to what to expect from the procedure I was having done . I had a procedure called “Cavitation” which helps to reduce cellulite . (See below) Procedure was painless and actually relaxing and I already see an improvement. Can’t wait to see the difference after I finish the remaining treatments!

My experience with Firm Lab was honestly not the greatest. The technicians working are very friendly personality and welcoming. However, as for the owner of this place I cannot say the same. My direct experience with the owner was a very unpleasant one. She seems to like to dramatize events and come out with her own conclusions. A little bit on the coo coo side, I would say. I went there for a reduction in cellulite treatment (cavitation) as well as several treatments for belly lower abdomen reduction. Honestly, I spent a few thousand dollars for nothing because I am writing this review, 8 months later after my treatments and nothing has changed in my body for the two lengthy treatments I had done. I wish I never had used this facility. Also, pay attention when using carecredit as not all small print information is disclosed. Ask for the copy of the agreement. I have the right to write this review based on my experience and help customers make informative decisions, you can take the advice or leave it. It's up to you reader. I would highly not recommend this place, do your research and go somewhere else.
