Schweiger Dermatology Group - Warren

I am constantly waiting 30-45 minutes past my appointment time every time. They don't do laser appointments in the afternoon so I have to leave work in the afternoon and constantly get back late. They overbook and do not respect anyone's time. I'm not paying $150 out of pocket to waste my entire lunch break without even seeing the doctor. Girls at the front desk are rude and don't even apologize. It sucks because I really like Kristin and trusted her but I need a job to pay for dermatology! Jill was able to help with this by ensuring I was taken on time for my next appointment. She does a great job and I'm thankful for the resolution. I just hope the business can be more proactive than reactive and reach out to those with scheduled appointments in advance if they know there will be delays of more than 30 minutes.

Kristen Luzzi is fabulous!!! Went there twice! Super personal, sweet, professional, knowable-strongly recommend her! 2 receptionists there are horrible! They don’t belong to that office! Very rued, unprofessional! Someone has to teach them manners and how to talk to patients and people! But Dr. Luzzi is amazing!!! Pls go see her!

Dr. Bagley at Schweiger Dermatology in Warren is the greatest! My husband and I feel so confident going to him that, even though we have moved 45 minutes away we still travel back to him for our yearly body scans. He is extremely thorough.

My daughter went here for a year until we changed health insurance and they charged us several hundred dollars instead of our copay. Intentionally made payments and they placed my teenaged daughter into collections for a $15 balance. Pathetic! Also lied about stating insurance does not cover laser procedures for something medically necessary! Money hungry practice!

Waiting time was about 10min, which was great. Very clean and professional. Doctor explained everything clearly and with great details. I felt that she truly cares for the well-being of her patients. I 100% recommend her.
