It's been a journey! It started with having to have a lumpectomy on my left breast and I decided to have a breast reduction / lift at the same time. Couldn't have been happier that Dr. Vemula was my surgeon. He is very patient and thorough and really made me feel at ease with the procedure. I spent a lot of time researching plastic surgeons, both in-state and out-of-state, to find the best, and I’m so grateful I found Dr. Vemula. Not only is he an incredibly skilled artist at what he does, but his bedside manner and meticulous attention to detail made the entire experience — from my initial consultation to my healing process — absolutely amazing. Dr. Vemula and his staff treated me like family at every visit. Most importantly, Dr. Vemula *listened* — he truly heard what I wanted, and the results are even better than I could have imagined. As a Black woman, I was especially concerned about scarring, but my incision lines have healed beautifully. The scars are now very faint, and the incision is incredibly thin and precise. Dr. Vemula is intentional and hands-on throughout the entire healing process, ensuring that I felt supported every step of the way. I absolutely love my results — they’ve given me back the confidence I didn’t even realize I was missing. I cannot recommend Dr. Vemula enough!

In my adolescent life, I had bad acne that left quite a few acne scars. I am now 64 and had a couple of pimples that left some new scars that were very upsetting, plus getting older and losing collagen. The scars were getting deeper. I looked to see what were the best options for me and the best doctor. I consulted my dermatologist and then re-searched quite a few practices. I ended up choosing Dr. Vemula's practice in Long Branch, New Jersey. I cannot say enough about his staff, who are professional, kind, and compassionate. Dr. Vemula was honest, told me what he could do for me, gave me a budget, and told me exactly what I could expect. He performed dermal fills on the acne scars. I am also going to get the RF microneedling. After two treatments. With the dermal fills I am utterly amazed at the transformation on my face. I cannot believe how great the results are. He is a wonderful plastic surgeon who cares about his patients. I would highly recommend his practice.

Dr Vemula is the most caring doctor. He listens to everything you say. He addresses all your questions and concerns. Nothing is silly or unimportant to him. All his staff are thr same as Dr Vemula. I can't imagine going to anyone else.
