I received bad Botox from Dr. Haramis. After receiving Botox for my chin dimples, the Botox drifted into other muscles around my mouth and changed the muscle function. I was able to notice this less than 48 hours after the procedure. Apparently, this is a recognized complication of Botox in the lower face that I wasn’t made aware of during my visit. I also wasn’t informed where their neuromodulator is from. My mouth is now drooping and I cannot smile naturally. I also now have a slight speech impediment.
