Cheryl S. Citron M.D.

Dr Cheryl Citron is a great dermatologist. She was extremely thorough during my recent yearly body check. She does not rush you out the door and took the time to answer my questions. Her office followed up quickly with my biopsy results and I didn’t have to initiate the call. I have been to other dermatologists and she is by far the best. Totally professional and great bedside manner. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend!! I typically see Wendy Cheung at this office. Wendy is amazing. She is super thorough, answers any questions or concerns in detail, and makes you feel at ease. It is clear she truly cares about her patients and loves her job. I was able to meet Dr. Citron briefly today who was equally as warm and caring. To anyone looking for a new dermatologist, I would recommend this office over and over!

I’ve been going to Dr. Citron for over 20 years. I always wait. One time she even ran after me in the parking lot. I waited 45 minutes today and told the receptions I was leaving. She could care less. I will have to find a new dermatologist as I will never go back again.

I am editing my review because I was very upset when I wrote my original. This one is more respectful and more a reflection of the Dr. herself verses the whole office experience. I very much appreciated the phone call from Dr. Citron after she saw my original review and we discussed my concerns. She is a well known Doctor and has a good bedside. The most frustrating issue is the wait time. This time I waited an hour but I always wait a long time. My time is valuable and like most, I have a lot going on so waiting that long is hard to accept. I also felt rushed when I walked out causing my prescriptions not to get sent and miscommunication as to what pharmacy they were being sent to. When I went to my pharmacy and they were not there, I called the office only to get put on hold twice for close to ten minutes which I just ended up hanging up. I called back and was sent to the nurse line that no one answered. I called back a fourth time and finally got someone on the phone. I understand they were busy but then the staff member on the phone was rude which I didn’t appreciate. I was waiting at the pharmacy for at least a half hour with no answers and this was not my mistake. All has been figured out now. I just wish there was something that could be done so people don’t have to wait so long because Dr. Citron is a really great Dr. Maybe a courtesy phone call would help when the appointments are behind so people can adjust when they come. I’m not sure the solution, but I hope the wait issue gets worked on. I love Dr. Citron but with my schedule I’m having difficulty trying to justify spending so much of my time waiting to see her.

Referred to Dr. Cheryl Citron by Dr. John Wolkstein. She is an absolute sweetheart. From the minute you step foot in the door the staff is kind and gracious. They make you feel comfortable and at home in the office. Alex and Dr. Citron were amazing with taking care of my Girlfriend's needs during her visit. Dr. Citron was extremely kind and reassuring to my girlfriend who was clearly nervous to be there. She continuously reassured her that everything was going to be okay and that she would get everything under control. Such a great quality in a doctor. Last but not least, she even helped with providing as much as possible for us from the office to keep costs down, as the visit was out of pocket. You couldn't ask for a more caring and considerate doctor. I am very much looking forward to my appointment with her in 2 weeks !
