I have to share my great experience with Dr. Spiro and his entire team. I am a 40yr old mother of two who was in dire need of a breast revision. I first had breast corrective surgery when I was 17 (not Dr. Spiro) to fix a congenital defect leaving me with a stark difference in breast sizes. Fast forward to two decades later, I had an encapsulated saline implant that required intervention. Dr. Spiro’s bedside manner is what I needed. He listened to my concerns intently and understood my goals. He explained everything very thoroughly and set clear attainable expectations with me. Dr. Spiro is the ONLY doctor I trust when it comes to plastic surgery. I came to him to remove my implants because I was experiencing multiple symptoms. Other plastic surgeons thought I was crazy, but Dr. Spiro believed every word and instantly knew something was wrong with one of my implants. He kept all my expectations realistic and then completely blew them out of the water with results. I could have ended up deformed or worse, but he is truly a perfectionist. Turns out one of the implants were ruptured! He is diligent, patient, and has great communication with his patients. His office staff is also very friendly, I always had my questions answered.
