Epiphany Dermatology

My daughter started getting what we thought was a mole (but was actually a skin tag) on the back of her neck when she was 3. Over the years it has gotten bigger, and as she’s reaching her teenage years, cosmetically she did not like it. It would also catch on her hair brush when she would brush her hair. We received a referral from her pediatrician, and although we had to wait 6 months for the appointment, it was worth it. We were in and out in 30 minutes. They did a quick in office procedure to cut off the skin tag. She was nervous about the numbing shot, but I noticed as the shot was being administered, the doctor was tapping her neck as a distraction. He was super polite, the nurse was amazing, and overall I would recommend this office 10 out of 10.

Very happy with everthing but next time I will ask questions after the scan is done. If the something I am concerned about is only cosmetic, not something the PAC says needs to be treated, then I can't afford it. Got treated before I could even say wait a minute...

We definitely give Epiphany Dermatology 5 stars. I take my teenage son there for acne treatment and I am very pleased of his progress. Every time we go we receive top quality care starting with the receptionist to our medical assistant, Taylor, who always goes above and beyond to make sure our visit goes well. Our provider, Crystal Choy, always provides excellent care. She listens to our concerns and questions, and explains the treatment plan very thoroughly. Greatly appreciate their professionalism to their patients.

First visit was a bit of a short one. While I am elated to know that cause of the issue, the visit was merely a visit. The front desk was frazzled with my name and wanted me to sign with the incorrect spelling, I objected to that. I was told to return in 6 months, but I'm not sure if they will call me or if I would call them for an appointment.

Happy with the polite and prompt service I received from the greeting at the front desk to the ladies in the clinic. I felt seen and heard for what I needed. I also had an additional request while there and it was fulfilled! Also, I appreciate the samples of much needed sunscreen! Great friendly staff!
