Lousy, bad customer service she does not return phone calls I left greater than 7 messages on three occasions not one call back. Does not return text messages I drove to her office and left post-it notes on her computer screen still did not get a call back. She will change appointments to what's convenient for her not the customer, and will cancel appointments 5 minutes before the appointment when your parking in lot. When I attempted to discuss this with her she did a half a treatment and said that was the end of session . If I hadn't prepaid I would nothave gone back.

I’m soo happy with my results and still not done! Diana is amazing! Customer service is exceptional and she makes the process a comfortable experience! Remember it’s a process don’t give up on your first session!!!
