Wonderful staff, RN's, and providers who made my visits easy, quick, and enjoyable. Although it may take time to be scheduled, its well worth the wait to receive such high quality care :)
Have been a patient of this office for over 8 years. Called a few days ago and was told they are booked out until December. For context it is January. This makes no sense to me. Found a new office that had availability in early march.
Don't get laser hair work done here. I first reached out directly to the office manager before leaving a review but there was no resolution or real support provided so I'm leaving a review to warn others. The gal who does the the laser appts is awesome, but unfortunately the office management doesn't set their own team up for success. I purchased an unlimited sessions hair removal package but can't get in for appointments. The best advice front desk can give is to call every Thursday afternoon and try to get into a canceled slot. I've done this for months with zero luck. It's a wasted investment. After emailing the manager and asking for a call, Jude basically just emailed back and offered a refund. This isn't a solution, especially since my package covered enough work to make all the hair patchy and I can't just leave it as is. Getting in for my initial order via Groupon went fine but after I ordered the unlimited package, I can't get in. On top of it, for an appointment that I actually was able to book, when I showed up they said it was canceled even though I received a confirmation text 2 days prior to. No one could explain why/ what happened but offered to get me in 2 hours later. I took off more time from work to come back and stressed the importance of being on time since it's between meetings, and they took me back 15 minutes late. Front desk gets the heat but management needs to step up and they need to stop selling laser packages until they can provide services that have been paid for. Without consistent appointment intervals, laser hair removal attempts can't be very successful.
I used to love this office. But recently they have zero patient care. They unilaterally cancelled my appointment and now will not call me back, despite me calling every single day to refill my prescriptions. Now it’s been two weeks. What is going on?
THIS office--this is the way that ALL doctors' offices should be run! A super-efficient and very caring scheduling and check-in staff (special thanks to America's finding me a quick, badly-needed appointment). And PA Stephanie Gonzales is the absolute BEST--she listens, she cares, and she explains things so well. They give me real peace-of-mind.
