The staff were nice, but the service was completely ineffective. I spent $5K on laser hair removal and didn’t see a single bit of reduction. They will just take all the money and time without regard to the effectiveness. Do not buy a package. Make sure it works for you first. Or do yourself a favor and just go straight to electrolysys, which is remarkably effective.

I have never been so unsatisfied with a company in my life. I paid about 5k over the course of my contract which is paid in full.. I haven’t had a treatment in almost a year. They continue to cancel my treatments due to “staffing shortages” have completed maybe four full treatments and it’s been about 2 years since I signed up! Every-time I call they say they will have management call me back and never do. This place is a total scam. I would never in my life recommend this place to anyone . I was so excited because I seen many good reviews however my experience wasn’t.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! SCAM ARTISTS!! I am writing this as a second review. Again , I encourage anyone looking into this company to avoid it all costs. After being canceled on many times and only having 4 appointments over the length of my contract which is about half or less of what I should have, I wrote my first review. I was in contacted by somebody regarding my review being told that they wanted to fix the problem and hoped that I would change my review or remove it. Then offered me 4 additional appointments at no cost to make up for the appointments that I lost from being canceled on. I was then scheduled for January 4 which would be tomorrow for my first “make up” appointment. No surprise to me at all. I received a phone call today advising that once again they were gonna have to cancel my appointment and reschedule. So I called back And they advised me that I would have to continue to call in to check for cancellations because I need a Saturday appointment due to working Monday through Friday, and they can only book a month out which is total BS. I had also asked the person who contacted me To send me a copy of the contract Because every time I have asked for it in the past they Say they will email it to me yet I never receive a copy. On my Ideal Image app, there is no contract to be found. This place is a total Scam. I paid just under $5000 to have four Laser hair removal appointments That have not even stunted the growth of my hair. And they refused to refund my money. They continuously say You signed a contract we can’t refund You even though you didn’t get all of your Treatment done Within the timeframe of your contract. I could see if it was my fault I wasn’t getting Appointments but this is the fault of ideal image For continuously canceling on me Appointment after appointment. And then to call me and offer to fix things And then cancel again. After seeing all the recent reviews about this company it seems there need to be a class action lawsuit against them. If this is even a question in your mind to use this company I strongly advise against it. Take your business somewhere that actually cares about their clients. Somewhere that won’t take advantage of you and steal your money while making false promises.

Not super impressed. Yesterday I called and paid for service and scheduled what would have been my first service for today. I get a call back this morning that they need to reschedule for 12/26 because their ONE person who does the service is getting married on Saturday. Clearly, you knew about this for awhile, so why would you schedule me an appointment then cancel it the next day? Not professional at all. Not even sure I want to get my first service done here.

Talked with them regarding a free consultation to get a price for the procedures. During the phone call they pressured me into to signing documents and now will provide a refund despite the fact that they have not and will not perform any services. I talked to client support and they do not want to resolve my situation or care that I am unhappy. Every interaction I have with this company makes me more annoyed with them than before.
