My appointments are always on time. Very professional staff. Great office location.
The front desk staff is wonderful. This review is for the medical “professional” I saw. I waited 45 minutes to see I assume was the PA. She did not apologize for the long wait and she had a condescending attitude. She was snarky when I told her the topicals she was wanting to prescribe cause a skin reaction. I guessed that annoyed her. I did not use anything she recommended and canceled all prescriptions she called in. I do not recommend the west side location. Maybe the other location is better.
Wow I’m glad I read these reviews before calling to make an appt. I came to this office years ago when Dr.’s Mills and Glass were there. Everyone in the office was amazing back then, sensitive, nice, funny, always remembered your name, and never rushed you ever. I’m sorry to see that it’s no longer the place to go…
I've been coming here for years. I drive 5 hours round-trip for my appointments. And during Covid, I had to seriously consider keeping my appointment but since they've always been so thoughtful and knowledgeable I decided it was important enough to go. I arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The PA did apologize for the wait, took a look at the computer screen, and sighed when she saw a short list of questions that I had given the medical assistant. She saw that I had a paper in my hand and told me to put that aside, we were doing the full body check first. Once done, I started with my 4 questions. She gave lengthy 'educational' answers for the first two questions, without asking much about my symptoms or asking what treatment I had tried, so my second question was left unanswered. Then we moved on to my third question about a sore in my nose, she picked up her freezing canister (I thought she might be going to freeze it - but she was merely preparing for departure) and without looking at the sore, told me that I needed to return when it was in a blistered form. Third question, unanswered. Then she announced that we had spent too much time and she wasn't taking any more questions, 'my insurance wouldn't cover it', and told me I could leave when I was dressed. I was insulted and humiliated. I see no need to drive 5 hours to not have questions answered and to be made to feel like I was a nuisance. Giving one extra star for the medical assistant who showed me to the room and provided the sample that the PA had promised but not left for me.
This location is horrible. The so called Dr or PA we saw was rude and didn’t bother to talk about any other options until I said NO PILLS. She wasn’t please about that, spoke about how NOTHING but pills would work. She was beyond condescending and walked out like she was bothered by my questions and us just being there. This place has bad reviews for a reason I will definitely be looking to another place.

Rachael was so personable and kind. She really knows her stuff! She did a great job on my brow tint!…
