Can sit in the office for 2 hours before being seen but turned away due to there 10 minute policy. Changing or trying to refill prescription good luck! only 5 office lady’s that don’t do anything but talk to eachother. Never get a call back for results and always get an eye roll and attitude for appointment cards or a print up of summary if visit gettting told to just go to care net and get it myself. Trying to find out how my xray went shouldn’t take over a week.

ZERO stars. Sat on hold waiting for 20 mins to make an app. Someone answered didn’t say anything I could hear chatter in the background and I said hello 3 times and got hung up on. Now on hold again. Being told I’m caller number one. No one is answering as I’m sitting here thinking my daughter has rsv. It was a mistake coming back here. I will be switching doctors again. I hate this place the only reason I came back was bc I was sick of driving to Brockport for appointments. The doctor my kids got to was terrible. She was rude and loud. This place just pisses me off. Don’t go hear don’t waste your time. This place should be shut down. Update*** they have no availability to see my daughter today. Will be searching for new doctors again. And going to urgent care.

This place is awful and horrible. I just got off a phone call where I was on Hold for an hour and 30 minutes. Absolute trash, please. I came here for my daughter and the pediatrician that she had that I love so much left and now I will be searching for a new place after I was literally on hold for almost 2 hours. Trash place 10 of 10 do not recommend. This place is a literal joke.

This place is good I’ve been going here since I was 3 I see a lot of negative reviews but I’ve never had trouble finding out what was wrong with me here and my appointments have stayed the same

Oak Orchard Health has been the worst pediatrician’s office in the whole of New York. I’ve been insulted about the ages of my children on my very first call to schedule an appointment. I’ve been given grief for trying to schedule the appointments for my children together since it would VERY difficult for me to do them separately. The place is dirty. They keep you on hold for over 30 MINUTES with no answer when trying to literally PAY A BILL. They answer and hang up once you do get through. You can try calling as many times as you want and they still won’t answer. Now I am literally holding my sick child who’s throwing up and my own pediatrician won’t answer my calls. It’s been close to 20 minutes on hold now. How can you not care about your clients enough to even answer the phone? For well visits when shots were already scheduled we had to wait in there tiny room for almost an hour before the nurse came to administer them. Once the shots were being done they took forever to do them when they normally take maybe all of a minute meanwhile my children were screaming and pinned between the nurse’s weight and the table. Even if they had wanted to my kids couldn’t even move and they wouldn’t let me hold them until I INSISTED the next time. We will be moving pediatrician offices. I probably won’t even be able to get ours records because no one will answer the phone. Super disappointed.
