I saw Dr. Nicolas Saikali. I went for concussion/concussion-related symptoms and didn’t get asked about concussions once, until I brought it up myself. I got prescribed a migraine medication yet did not once say I experienced migraines. My appointment notes have several exam results, some even listed as abnormal, that are completely fictional as many of the tests were not done at all. I was spoken at and not given much opportunity to speak for my appointment and the doctor dictated the appointment while still in the room with me, which I had to step in and correct several times because his dictation was largely incorrect. Overall, unprofessional and a waste of time.

This place sent my medication to an incorrect pharmacy. I did not realize this is what had happened, since my pharmacy said they just did not receive my script. The saga begins... It's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone here, they really try to push their medical portal. The problem is no one ever answers my messages there. I had to use the request a refill feature to get a response after 2 days of waiting. Their response was to contact my pharmacy as they had already filled the script. But then they sent my refill out anyway, thankfully this time to the correct pharmacy. However the refill was not good until next month as my pharmacy ultimately helped me piece the issue together and let me know the initial script was sent to a different pharmacy. In the end I checked and my pharmacy was correct on the portal so I don't know how they messed up so bad. I'm not coming back here, they don't give a crap about you as a patient and it's evident they want as many billing hours as possible as they rush you through your check up without barely glancing up from their chart during your 5 minute "conversation". I feel sorry for the folks who don't have another choice.

This place is # 1 a life saver for sure. They have the latest technology and always doing research. Dent also has the latest medications but several options of meds that will help you. They take care of you there they sure do me. Only thing is they are really hard to reach on the phone the absolutely best way to reach them is download the portal app. There you can send a message directly to your care team they will get to you.
