The Gut Bar Colonics

This place is the most productive and beneficial place for me in Buffalo, NY, personally. The location is convenient and has parking in the back. Ariel is just an all around incredible human being, she wears the picture of health herself and is VERY knowledgeable about what she is doing, as she is also an actual nurse. She has excellent bedside manners, yet she is very humble, and down to earth, humorous person. Just a great person to guide you through this sometimes uncomfortable, yet relieving process. I am so glad I found this place and thankful for the relief I've found in the process as well!

The office is a quaint, clean, stylish, and welcoming space. Ariel was amazing. The consultation with her was informative and she put me anxiety at ease while keeping me comfortable throughout the entire process. She was also very responsive during the procedure to ensure I remained relaxed to "let my body do it's work". The experience and chat afterwards solidified me coming back for sure.

I cannot recommend the services provided at The Gut Bar Colonics enough. Ariel is kind, professional, and highly skilled / knowledgeable. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable throughout the process while comprehensively explaining each and every step. The location is convenient and the facility is clean and welcoming. I look forward to every session. No matter how I feel beforehand, I always leave my appointment feeling better mentally and physically. A solid 5 stars.

I simply cannot say enough about Ariel … 5 stars certainly do not do it justice. First, for those who are unsure about the service, the process, the benefits, I encourage you to reach out to her. She will instantly make you feel comfortable, answer any questions you may have and it will make you want to take the next step to meet with her. Ariel is a true healer, she believes in her practices, is always open and willing to share her knowledge to help you in any way she can. She is an educator, a wellness coach, a nutritionist, a therapist, a friend, all wrapped in one. She will teach you how to better your mind, body and spirit in every way possible. I don’t think she even realizes how much she is helping all of us heal inside and out. Truly the best and an amazing example for all of us to follow along our journey in life.

Ariel is truly a beautiful angel. Meeting her was like getting together with an old friend. There was no awkward or uncomfortable feeling at any time. She explained everything thoroughly and made my comfort her priority. Her goal is to help and caregiving is her nature. I wish her all the success in the world, she deserves it. I went into my initial appointment feeling bloated and weighed down after years of opiod use and poor diet choices. After 3 hours of Ariel's hard work, I feel so much better!! I'm looking forward to this journey to better gut health and I'm so thankful I chose The Gut Bar.
