I was extremely nervous because it was my first time every getting anything done. When I went to my appointment they all made it so comfortable. I instantly became comfortable. Ashley was just amazing along with everyone else there. (I forgot all there names). Friendly, extremely informative about all my concerns. Call the clinic and ASK FOR ASHLEY!!

Welcoming, clean, professional, affordable. These are the words I would use to describe my experience at Ideal Image. This clinic ONLY allows Registered Nurses to use the lasers/ treatment devices, so I felt comfortable knowing I am in good hands. The manager was wonderful. She was empathetic, patient, and flexible with the contracts available. I highly recommend talking to Ashley (the manager) in person - rather than speaking to the general sales associates on the phone - to score the best deal possible. The waiting area is beautiful, and an entire counter full of hot and cold beverages is available for the waiting guests. This is truly a fantastic experience!

10/10 experience, I appreciate Ideal Image so much! I’ve been getting my lips done since 2019 and I can already tell that my lips are going to look SO GOOD once they heal. I feel like this might even be the best they’ve ever looked 😍 I can’t wait to come back

Absolute SHOT OUT to Hailey, Amanda and especially Ashley!! I initially was not going to keep my appointment as I needed medical clearance. All of these ladies went WELL above and beyond to make sure I had my procedure DONE on the SAME DAY!!!! Parking is excellent. Amazing offers everthing they do here. Hailey and Ashley at the front desk are knowledgeable about everything and down to earth. It's extremely clean and have every flavor of coffee is all yours. My procedure done by Amanda was the best ever. I give them 10 thumbs up. Call and get in here asap!!!!! Thank you again.

I recently had my first experience with facial treatments at this clinic. Initially, I had a free consultation with their outsourced consultants, which unfortunately led me in the wrong direction. When I arrived for my appointment for face fillers to address my smile lines, Amanda informed me that they couldn't treat the area I wanted due to the presence of veins. I was quite disappointed as the lines I wanted smoothed out were out of range. However, Amanda immediately brought this to the attention of the Buffalo site manager, Ashley. Ashley worked diligently to ensure I left with the correct service appointment. Both Amanda and Ashley went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even though the initial issue was not their fault. Ashley's kindness and exceptional customer service truly stood out. I am eagerly looking forward to my mid-face Ultherapy session and, thanks to their recent savings, I also booked a lip flip. Excited is an understatement!
