Poor customer service, receptionist offered a date that I said that wouldn’t work we decided on a later date. She scheduled me for the first appointment offer which I had declined. This was after I spent 5 minutes standing in the check out window while she argued another patients bill. I left a voicemail but haven’t heard back yet. Will probably look elsewhere.
I have ALWAYS been treated very well in Dr Laduca's Auburn office by the staff They are most accommodating. Dr Laduca is a most knowledgeable and capable MD. He is caring and listens! I give ALL, the 5 STARS 👍❤👍
Went to the Skaneateles office 2023. Not very friendly. The tech barely looked me over. I previously had Dr. Forseman who checked EVERY INCH of me. Thought i would transfer to Auburn but saw the reviews were not any better. OK, off to Syracuse.
This is by far one of the worst places I have ever been, they have no regard for peoples outside lives or time, at the end of the day they sent a referral to a company with no information or reasoning for the things I needed it for, this place is beyond in over there heads and take it out on people they feel better than, it’s truly sickening this world is truly turning into a cold place. We all have to work but because I work and can’t pick up I was dropped from the practice just blows my mind!!!! These people are horrible I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there!
Would give 0 stars if I could. The receptionist at all offices are the rudest people I have ever encountered. Made an appointment over the phone. Show up at 12:15(a Monday) and everyone is at lunch. At 1pm they finally come to the front. They say "your appointment is for tomorrow at 12:30". Not what I was told over the phone. She says "I can put you in for 1:30". Okay great since I just drove 45 minutes here and have been having a skin issue that I want answers for. Time passes, people keep showing up and being taken before me. (Granted I work as a receptionist at a medical office, if we goof on appointments, we take the patient right away as it was our fault, not theirs.) Not the protocol here must be. 2pm (1 hour and 45min of waiting) I go up to the front, request my copay back, and tell them I'm leaving and that they have completely wasted my time. The receptionist has the audacity to say "I can't even say you're next in line cause you're not". I say, this was a screw up on YOUR end, I should not have had to wait this long, my time is valuable, TIME IS MONEY. I missed a class at college that I am paying thousands for, that I should not have missed had my appointment been at 12:30 when they told me it was. How about you provide ME with money since I SHOWED UP, and received NO EXAM. If I no-showed, you would be chasing me down for my money. Everyone I have spoken to has nothing good to say about Reflections. I do not recommend them to anyone. Doctor Laduca, hire better staff, train them better, and MAKE IT UP TO PATIENTS WHEN YOU INCONVENIENCE THEM, I know very well I am not the first to experience this.
