i went to this hellhole about 18 months ago and they cut a mole out of my knee, stitched it up and sent me home. about a week later they scheduled me back to get the stitches removed and they took them out fine. when i get home i bent my leg to sit down and the cut opened completely (easily the largest open wound ive ever had on my body). i called them right away and immediately explained my situation only to be met with attitude (basically them saying - i guess you can come back in if thats serious) mind you i have at least a 2 inch open wound on the bend of my knee. they bandaged it up when i got there and sent me away with more attitude and snide remarks. laduca was an absolute prick about it. and he must train everyone else to act the same way. i was told they would follow up because my mole came back positive for MELANOMA. it has been over a year and i have called and left messages, along with my pharmacy, and they have completely ignored me. everyone that works at this place is beyond rude and treats you with nothing but disrespect. they will ignore the pharmacy when they send for information so you can receive your prescriptions, also. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. i know it seems like they have a monopoly on dermatology in the cayuga county area - but literally anywhere is better than this place.

Provider was unable to diagnose an active celiac rash, refused to look at pictures of recurring outbreaks, dismissed my concerns if the ointment he was prescribing contained gluten, and when the treatment didn’t work, didn’t respond to my concerns.

Everyone was so nice and inviting. I usually feel ignored when it comes to medical issues but they were genuinely hearing my concerns and immediately started with options to help me which has me very excited to continue!

After receiving new insurance, I was finally able to rebook an appointment with this place as I was a patient a few years back. After encountering rude staff over the phone, I will take my business elsewhere. You can have the best business model in the world, but if your public facing staff can't engage in a dialog regarding setting an appointment, your business is going to fail.

Dr. LaDuca should be ashamed. He uses his position to be inappropriate with women. My girlfriend was in recently and called me after her appointment upset by inappropriate comments and physical contact by the doctor. On her way way she expressed her displeasure and the woman at reception said she was not surprised.
