Made an appointment 1 year in advance, customer service called to confirm my appointment for 10am. Showed up for my appointment spoke with the receptionist, asked all the necessary questions (about 10 questions) very nice lady. She then takes my co pay then turns around with a mask and tells me I have to wear one. I explained that she just spoke to me for about 5 minutes with out one and the - THE PRESIDENT THAT EVERYONE VOTED FOR SAY IT PANDEMIC IS OVER. If the receptionist would have told me I would have cancelled my appointment. Everyone was very nice but should be telling the patients that on the phone when confirming there appointment.

Rude staff and incompetent doctors. Don’t waste your time and money

I had an appointment today that i was 6 minutes late for. I had called to state so and was told it was fine. Upon arrival I had to do paperwork I was not informed prior about as I was an exisiting patient albeit had not been to the office in a few years. With my being a few minutes late and filling out the paperwork was a total of 12 minutes. I waited an additional 30 minutes to be called. I asked the front desk when I was up to see the doctor and I was told because I was late I was dropped to the bottom of the list and that there was 2 people ahead of me now which would have had me there for an additional 40-50 minutes. People forgot that their not the only doctors out there and waiting that amount of time is unacceptable. No consequence when a doctor is running late I have to wait right. But in this case they put 2 other people ahead of me with no warning that I would be spending more time there waiting. NOPE. My time is as valuable as anyone else. It makes no sense that my being 6 minutes late cost me to potentially have waited there over an hour to be seen. NOPE. Shame on them ! The karma you have earned will come your way

Waited 30 minutes just to be seen by the doctor for 3-5 minutes. My appointment was on Saturday and the doctor said he would send the prescriptions on that day . Kept checking in with my pharmacy and they said they hadn’t received the prescription, this went on till Tuesday(Called the doctor on Monday but no one answered). On Tuesday when someone finally answered the phone by the name of Patty I explained to her my situation and how my condition was getting worse and the doctor was supposed to send my prescriptions 4 days ago, she had nothing to say and said I don’t know and also said the doctor won’t be here today or for a day or 2, in turn I replied with that’s very irresponsible of the doctor I’ve been waiting 4 days and nothing has been sent over and now I have to wait 2 more days when it should’ve been sent over on that same day as he told me. She responded with “How dare you call my doctor irresponsible” in a extremely rude tone and kept going on as if I didn’t know anything. At this point I was angry and told her I work in the medical field I understand the process and it seemed easy for him to do the level 4 billing for the appointment but he wasn’t able to send my prescriptions in 4 days. She then had nothing to say. Patty was very rude and didn’t know how to act like a professional and seemed to be offended by me calling the doctor irresponsible instead of being worried that my condition had gotten worse since my prescriptions weren’t sent out in more than enough time. Would not recommend due to lack of professionalism from both doctor and staff(Patty).

Waited 60 min in office before being brought in to see md. After waiting 30 min asked recept how much longer told me atheist another 15 min. Asked why so long got the standard answer "things come up". In time of Covid this is an unacceptable response. Recept should inform patients that the MD is running behind and give the option of waiting in their car. In addition the building the office i located has no protective measures including no sanitizer stations. Time to find a new practice.
