I didn’t even get past the receptionist that answered the phone. I asked for some pricing which she was having trouble giving me. That’s fine that’s not the problem. The problem is she was very rude, sarcastic and short with me. I would never let somebody operate on me if I got treated like that just over the phone!!!!!

HORRIBLE results = mini facelift. Eyes look the same, both ears are NUMB 1/2 way down and ears are ATTACHED to my face now, scars behind ears are STILL painful, nasal/buccal fold still there, my neck looks the same. Red flags = asked for FULL payment up front AND used LOCAL anesthesia =EXTREMELY painful injections. This was a real butcher job. I 've gotten two opinions from plastic surgeons and will take this to the next level. Dr. R. NEVER called me once to see how I was doing. Surgery = 6-30-23. At 2 wk. follow -up visit, I was told it was too soon to tell if results were good. RUN from this Dr. !!!

I cannot say enough about this office as a whole! I needed to have a procedure but was limited on time due to upcoming events. The receptionist was amazing about understanding my needs and worked diligently to get me on the surgery list ASAP. The nurse is so sweet and makes you feel right at home. Then there is Dr Rilloraza. He has the BEST bedside manner. He is so good at making you feel comfortable in the most uncomfortable situation. He is open and honest, listens to concerns and gives his best suggestions.

Such a "Fantastic" plastic surgeon!! His work & personally are exceptional!! I had major/excess abdominal skin removal surgery (Panniculectomy) a few years ago after losing weight following bariatric surgery...my life has changed dramatically & I will always be grateful to Dr. Rilloraza for his expertise! I love having a good rapport with any doctor and I certainly found that with him! His office staff are "Awesome" Many thanks to everyone. ~Maria R.~ 💕

Got my tummy tuck done with them got liposuction with them they are great teamwork and the doctor it’s funny open minded and he’s always quick with your follow up appointment I do recommend him to everybody I think he does Great job
