Ava Beauty Lounge

I came here for eyelashes, and unfortunately the lashes began falling out 1 hour after leaving the salon and almost completely gone by the time I landed at my vacation destination the following day. I’ve seen a lot of reviews that are positive for other services, so I think eyelashes just aren’t their strong suit

Ava Beauty Lounge is one of the greatest salons. I just did a balayage on my hair with Mahsun and the results are phenomenal! I got exactly what I asked for! He did great and was very professional. The salon is very clean, everyone is very friendly and professional. The entire experience from the moment you enter from the moment you leave is completely enjoyable and you are guaranteed an excellent work. The experience I had coming here was amazing and recommend everyone to come if you are looking for phenomenal results and service.

Had absolute pleasure of an experience with everyone at Ava Beauty Lounge. I did my first laser hair removal session with Regina today. I was impressed by how she made the entire procedure quick and painless. I thought it would be way worse. Everyone from laser tech to front desk receptionist Eric were very courteous, professional and friendly. They made setting up an appointment very easy, sent me a reminder and made sure I had a good overall experience. Pricing was reasonable, highly recommend!

Amazing Salon! Everyone was so helpful and detailed. I got my full body treated with laser hair removal for the first time and I’m loving the results. Life changing for me. Definitely recommend anyone who hasn’t tried laser to start it here. Both Regina and Svetlana did amazing jobs and were so sweet.

I really wanted to like this place and set up 3 appointments over the course of 2 days. On the first day I waited my entire lunch hour to see the laser tech for a scheduled appointment and they apparently double booked themselves, so I got nothing done. Later in the day the nail tech let me know 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment they'd be hours late if they came at all. At this point I just had them cancel my lashes on the next day. So good luck getting them to actually follow through with scheduled appointments. If zero stars were an option I'd give it.
