Ive been with Priscilla / Dermamiracle for over a year. I had been battling with (somewhere between medium and severe) acne issues for over a decade. Countless dermatologists and no topical creams (even the highest 0.1% tret) or antibiotics helped. I dont even know where to start with my journey at Dermamiracle. Priscilla is amazing. She knows what shes doing. She knows the products - the medical grade components vs OTC, the technology (LED, high frequency, etc), and the balance of treatments (facials, chemical peels, etc). She has the expertise and skill, but her care and willingness to truly help has whats kept me here so long. My care was curated to understanding my specific skin/pore condition and adjusting it along with progress, regression, changing seasons, etc. Specific stages were followed: Undoing damage / restoring skin barrier -> acne control -> hydration -> addressing scaring/pigmentation. I have seen a world of difference from Day 1 to now, and indeed it has been a time consuming, patience requiring, effort taking, and yes, expensive journey. But its worth it and it works because Priscilla holds your hand through it. She was clear about setting expectations from the get go. It does get worse before getting better and its a rollercoaster ride. Beyond skin care- priscilla has also been a great sounding board and advisor on positive energy, healthy consumption of natural foods, lifetyle shifts, and acceptable and helpful supplements. Ive realized fighting my acne is a wholesome journey of combining a bunch of right things; just one will not undo or magically cure years of damage. I am forever grateful for Priscilla and Dermamiracle. Super special shout outs to Shely and Maria for accomodating my lateness and sometimes last min reschedules. Special shout out for the peaceful, relaxing, ambient environment, music, clean and hygienic everything, providing water/tea/hot chocolate, and the ever smiling and welcoming faces. I came with a treatment in mind after consulting with a dermatologist who also offers aesthetics services. However, the beautician's demanding questions about my previous consultation and skincare products that I use made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. However I was open to hear her opinion in order to make the best decision and I asked for the price of the treatments that she offered. When I inquired about the cost of the treatment she intended to perform, she brushed off my question, stating prices were available at the front desk. This lack of transparency made me feel vulnerable, as I was already undressed and prepared for the treatment without a clear understanding of the financial commitment involved. In my opinion, consultations should occur before clients are placed in treatment rooms, especially to discuss treatment specifics and pricing. This would have allowed me the opportunity to make a well-informed decision without feeling rushed or uncertain. Overall, while DermaMiracle may offer potential for quality service, the unprofessional conduct and lack of transparency during my visit significantly detracted from my experience. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service and transparency practices.

Always a great experience. I’ve been coming to DermaMiracle since suffering from severe mask acne and Priscilla treated my skin back to glowing. I also exclusively use the products she recommends and my skin has never been better. Highly recommend!

Just completed my second laser treatment package. So happy with my results. Always more than satisfied with anything I get done here. Priscilla and her staff deliver quality services in a clean, calming and unpretentious environment.

I would be wary of booking services. I chose this place because of its convenience to my home and it seemed to have good reviews. I paid ~$80 for a laser hair removal consultation, then booked my first treatment. I was rescheduled twice- each time they called me the evening before my service on short notice due to the laser machine being “under maintenance.” I understand this is perhaps a routine thing, and was flexible the first time they called but a little annoyed that they didn’t mention their machine was going to be sent out for routine service when I was there the week prior. Perhaps they didn’t know it would need maintenance in advance but again- I have a hard time understanding this if the consequence is re-booking two weeks worth of client laser appointments. When they called a week later to reschedule me a second time because the maintenance was still delayed, I honestly started to think I was potentially being scammed. Delays happen, but the communication around this was unacceptable. Two weeks later, I finally made it in for my appointment (to my relief). When I walked in I was told they were running late although I had booked the first appointment of the day. Then upon check out their credit card machine apparently wasn’t working- so this was another inconvenience that had me wondering (is it REALLY down??). Trust is everything when it comes to these types of services and I really value good communication. Laser hair removal isn’t cheap, so I don’t think my expectation is unreasonable. The service itself was fine and the establishment is clean. Perhaps this hasn’t been everyone’s experience but I felt compelled to share mine. I am happy that I was able to put my consultation investment towards a first session, but relieved to get in and get out. I want to support local businesses in my community but was disappointed by my experience. After being upsold a package multiple times I am glad I didn’t proceed with this option as it was not worth the headache.
