LaserAway Park Slope

My first visit was incredible. No wait at all—I walked right in and was immediately greeted with service. Nurse Natalia was fantastic, explaining every step clearly. I only felt a quick sting in the sensitive area, which was over in a second. I’m really looking forward to my next visit. The staff were so friendly and welcoming!

Amazing first time experience at LaserAway Park Slope!! I had my first laser hair removal session at LaserAway in Park Slope, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Precious at the front desk. She was so kind and calm, making me feel at ease right away while giving me a quick tour of the facility. My nurse, Mina, was absolutely amazing—so reassuring and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and ease any concerns I had. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made all the difference. The session itself was quick and almost painless, with just a slight twinge here and there from the laser working. I’m so happy I made the decision to come here, and I’m beyond grateful to the staff for making me feel comfortable and confident. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! Highly recommend!

Everyone was so nice as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted with such positive energy it took away my anxiety. The nurse asked my history with this treatment then explained how all the machines worked. She gave me a realistic time-line and did everything possible to keep me comfortable. I can't wait to come back.

I always have a great experience at this location! I’ve been lucky to have the same nurse every time (Hala) so she knows my body and goals, and I never feel uncomfortable. Alexandra and Zimani are always smiles at the front desk and make the atmosphere warm and pleasant. Zimani always remembers me and keeps in contact for any changes. Over all, it’s been a great experience!

Let me start by saying the staff were all AMAZING!!! From the front desk girls to the laser tech, SUPERB SERVICE!!! I am so happy I chose such an amazing place to start my laser journey! As a woman, a woman of color AND a PCOS girlie, I totally recommend!!!
