Took my 1 year old there, doctor was nice but the office and the way that place is run could use A LOT OF HELP. Not a place to take a young child, got there 20min early but wasn't seen until 30min after our app time, the staff barely introduced themselves, explained anything, or seemed to care, place was not in great shape. Maybe tolerable if I was there for myself alone, but with baby in tow one hopes for a little extra clarity on wait times/procedures/generally who is talking to you and whats about to happen so you can take care of things on your end accordingly. Should have done my research and gone to a place that was more kid friendly.

Very very disrespectful staff answering the phones. They did not know how to answer the simplest of questions. Ex. Which insurances are accepted or not . The receptionist yelled at me and was very nasty and had the audacity to hang up on me because I asked her why she didn't know which Insurances weren't accepted but she works there and Is answering the phone for information. I tried calling back and she hung up 2 more times. I asked for the manager and another employee that had answered hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable for a place that wants new patients. I would NEVER EVER tell anyone to go here. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I've been going to this office for a year now and overall have been very happy. The staff is friendly and it has never been a long wait. I called a week ago and they had an appointment for me within 3 days. I saw the new Doctor named Dr. Reinhardt (not sure of spelling). He took plenty of time to answer my questions and to check me for skin cancer. Very happy overall. Don't believe the other reviews on here, it's a great office in the neighborhood.

Worst experience! I had 8am appointment and we arrived earlier. About half an hour waiting, the other patient walked in and spoke to the receptionist for a long time. After waiting little more I asked if the doctor is here yet. The receptionist said that he is late and on his way but the other patient will see him first and my child will be the next. I made the earliest morning appointment and came in way before anyone. She said they double booked and her appointment is at 8am too. I was there with my kids and nanny to make sure my child gets treatment. But we were pushed behind a person who were late. I asked my child had earliest appointment and the other person was late.The receptionist told me to call the manager because it's double booked. We left and couldn't see a doctor after waiting so long!!

First Class Care, Sound Medical advice, Wound healing nicely. I came as a walk in with a wound that needed a sort of emergency care. They were able to tent to me promptly and got me fixed up. Called with follow up question very helpful.
