ABLC - Advanced Body & Laser Center

Unfortunately after expressing my frustration and concerns with Charity privately, I was dismissed. I started going to ABLC 12 months ago for laser hair removal. I was intrigued by the ability to pay per session--it seemed cheaper than places where you have to pay upfront--and the fact that the laser did not hurt. However, after 18 sessions, every 2-3 weeks, I began to wonder why I was not achieving my desired and promised results. Charity informed me that I was doing everything I needed to be doing as far as keeping up with my appointments and advised me to try an extremely painful electrolysis treatment that she did not properly inform me on. She told me that it would be painless (that I might even take a nap) and that I would leave the appointment smooth and hairless--that was not the case at all. I'm embarrassed that it took 19 appointments and $2,130 wasted for me to finally question Charity's competency. After doing my own research (that I should have done long ago) and consulting other professionals in the industry, I learned that laser hair removal is not to be done more frequently than every 6 weeks due to the hair's natural growth cycle. Charity was treating the area TWICE as frequently as the standard of treatment for laser hair removal. Not only does this impact the results of the treatment, it can be dangerous and permanently damage the skin. Considering she is a "professional", I trusted her to act in my best interest, and unfortunately it feels as though she was just taking my money with no regard for my treatment goals or my health. I truly feel taken advantage of. After expressing my frustration privately, Charity basically told me she is too busy to read my message and that the electrolysis treatment works very well. She disregarded that fact that she did laser hair removal on me 18 times with minimal results. PLEASE do your research before considering laser hair removal. Don't make the mistake I did of blindly trusting. It is a big investment for it to not be done properly.

I LOVE COMING HERE. The place is just so beautiful and Charity is so great. Ive had the laser hair removal done before and it was super fast, and basically painless. Only felt like a prickly feeling here or there. And very reasonable prices.

Every time we visits Advanced Body and Laser Center is a joy. Charity has been doing wonders to help address my daughters acne and scarring. Not only does she treat the skin but also addresses what she’s putting into her body. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Her services are well priced with great results and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to go with it.

I am very happy with my experience! As soon as I walked into the center I felt so calm and relaxed. It’s a beautiful place. The laser doesn’t hurt at all compared to other lasers I’ve tried. I also bought a candle that helps with Anxiety.(It does help!)The retail there is unbelievable! If you haven’t tried out ABLC you need to. Charity is AWESOME!!! i went and had brazillian laser hair removal and i noticed a HUGE difference even in just ONE treatment. it was so fast, and PAINLESS, and she is so affordable. I would absolutely refer her to anyone looking to get hair removal done with her. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to you and you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door with her. I'd give her more stars if i could!
