Dr. Mark S. Potenza

I see Lydia most of the time. She's the best. Friendly Knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr P is engaging and straightforward. I appreciate both of them. The office staff is kind and courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

As an RN I worked with Dr. Potenza and his patients in the 1980's. I found him to be a quiet, gentle man. He did wonders with difficult cases. In later years, I became his patient. I still respect his opinion and skill. I am so happy with his NP, Lydia and feel confident in her recommendations.

Dr. Mark Potenza performed a minor procedure on me when I was in my mid 20s and I felt like he was really rude to me, but thought "eh, maybe it's just me". I returned recently, now years later, with my child and had a disturbing experience. I'm not going to get into detail, but we will never go back and would never recommend Dr. Potenza.

Very dissappointed in his skill level. His lack thereof of these skills and poor oversight left me with facial scarring which continues to cause me anxiety concerning my appearence. His office appears to cater to senior citizens who are having only moles removed without any aesthetic concerns. Dr's seems to have a limited range of skills as I metioned above. I strongly feel he should not be allowed to practice medicine as I know first hand how emotionally scarred I am with having a small mole removed form my cheek only for aesthetic reasons, only to be left with frankestein stitch scarring. Avoid at all cost, unless you don't care what you look like after your proceedure. Dr Evan D. Abbey

I had not been to the doctor to check my moles for over 6 years. The office was welcoming and positive about me taking the time to take care of myself. Very professional and love the new location.
