Doctor Raphael, I have the utmost respect for you; however, Maggie Garland is not only a liability, but a detriment to your practice.

I lived in Florida for 17 years and moved back to Syracuse about a year and a half ago. Lots of sun in Florida and went to several dermatologist, twice a year. Most significant thing they did was freeze some pre- cancer spots. Since going to Dr Ash I have had 3 different melanoma removed and a basil cell. I believe that if I hadn't moved back and found Dr Ash I would be in serious trouble

Dr. Prescribed Dupicent(sp) for my excemia. I was waiting for it at my pharmacy never received it there not knowing the office orders it to the office. Never told me after I put 4 messages and never returned my call to explain this. They need better communication with their patients. If I would of known this I would never of called them 4 times.
