The Doctor is prompt and thorough. Her staff are helpful and outgoing. The best doctor I’ve ever had.
Staff are terrible. Very rude at handling. Update: Good you haven't noticed until 4th time that your emails were bouncing, and I also sent a screenshot of not receiving the email and never blocked, and i have given my new contact number at the time of making my appointment, and it is not my fault to not be attentive. I never said I never missed my appointment, I was stating how rude the staff replied to my messages, if you want charge the money but do not need to be rude. I could clearly sense 'take it or leave it attitude' on the text. I could place a screenshot of the texts from the staff. Sorry for provoking me to give an elaborated review of your faults. Sorry, Doctor I have so much respect for you and I have been seeing you since so many years but surely not the staff you wanted to have with you. Thank you.
Dr Sripada is OK but her office staff are terrible. They are very rude. The phone is NEVER answered - you always have to wait for a call back. They say they need 24 hours to cancel an appointment and change it to 24 business hours when they need to. They were only nice when they market about cosmetic products otherwise never never considerate about patients. You are out of appointment when you are 10 minutes late and you will be charged fee. If you want no show fee to be common even if it’s their mistake, visit this place. After looking at the reviews, I realized I was not alone.
**UPDATED RESONSE** I see you stated that you do not take Spa patients in the morning, however, why was I asked by the rude front desk receptionist upon arrival if I was there for the Spa. If you didn't take spa patients in the morning, she would already know I was not there for the "Spa." You state that the lab syncs with your EMR and there was complications with my last name, however, the PCP I went to on 7/1 received my results on 7/2 by 9AM. She used the same name that you were provided. Seems like you dropped the ball on even reaching out to the lab when I messaged 2 times over 10 day period. That would be indication that you should probably find out why routine blood work wasn't received in way more than enough time. You uploaded my labs on 7/1, as I walked out of the new PCP office and the fact that you could not pick up the phone to call me shows your character. The PCP I saw on 7/1, got the results 7/2 and called me personally to review the results and answer any questions I may have had. The young receptionist is not extremely soft spoken and never yells, as you would know if you read more of your reviews from other patients who have experienced the same treatment as myself. It is unacceptable and highly unprofessional and rude to have your receptionist knock on your door during a new patient visit to tell you that you need to hurry up and as soon as she shut the door you collected your stuff to leave. That's when I asked for you to please at least put lab work in. A new patient coming in for a PCP appointment should have a physical completed and routine lab work, always. Because Dr. Sripada was referred to me by a long time specialist (over 10 years). I waited 2 months for my appointment. It was for a new patient primary care visit. I showed up at 8:00AM and immediately was greeted by a young female receptionist who asked what I was there for. When I informed her that I was there as a new patient for PCP, she responded with an attitude of disgust and said, "Oh so, you're not here for the spa?" Hands me a clipboard and I completed it while waiting for Dr. Sripada to call me in. I get into the exam room, we get to talking about my concerns and things I wanted tested. She spent 45 minutes trying to force me into starting a journal of every thing that I consume. She wanted 2 weeks of a journal with how many carbs, dietary fiber, calories, proteins, fat, sugars, etc. that each meal I had was. The entire visit was about this. A knock comes at the door (from receptionist) at 45 minutes and tells her that she is taking too long and has other spa patients waiting. Before anything, she wrapped up my initial PCP visit without a physical nor even CBC blood work. Before she hurried up to help her face lift patients, I asked "Can you at least put in an order for my labs?" Hesitantly, she did. I got my labs done the next day 6/18. After 7 business days, I messaged on the portal and her receptionist said they would have her reach out once she got the results (although labcorp told me she already had them). A week later, still nothing from her, so I message again in the portal and they stated they'd have her look at it and contact me. That was Thursday 6/27. Finally, yesterday my results were uploaded to the patient portal. I still have yet to hear back from her RE my test results. As I checked out the young receptionist asked if she conducted a physical with me. I said no. As the doctor passed the lobby, the receptionist yelled at her asking if she did a physical on me, to which she answered no. It is disgusting that if you are not seeing Dr. Sripada for anything other than her "spa" you are a lower class citizen. From the receptionist to the visit with the doctor herself, your concerns are not addressed and you as the patient have to TELL HER what to do. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Unless you know your health and the labs/care you need, DO NOT waste your time. You will not be heard, you will get a lecture for 45 minutes and then be rudely interrupted by her receptionists to end your visit with or without your needed care.
Dr Padma’s calm demeanor and good listening skills immediately puts one at ease. She is a kind, sensitive individual who quickly fosters the development of trust between patient and doctor. Dr Padma takes her time asking pertinent questions and developing strategies to address patient concerns. My relationship with Dr. Padma is young but she has quickly gained my confidence in her clinical skills and ability to connect with her patients.
