Review: Serum Microneedling Procedure for Hair Loss (2/21/2025) The Greenbush Skin Care Center offers various aesthetic treatments. Specifically, I have taken advantage of the services they provide to treat “male pattern hair loss” (androgenic alopecia.) Dr. Padma Sripada is the primary aesthetic practitioner I have worked with. She is skilled, friendly, and has great communication skills. The procedure I have had most often is known as “microneedling.” This involves using a fine needle to inject a hair growth serum into the scalp. Before each session, Dr. Padma consults with me to ascertain my hair status and specific areas of concern; she then uses an effective topical analgesic to provide the most comfortable experience possible. I have had this procedure regularly and each time it improved the thickness and coverage of my hair. In fact, the results were evident as soon as two to three weeks after the first treatment and continue to be consistently good. The best part is that I now look and feel younger and have more confidence in my appearance.
