The front desk ladies and the woman, Stephanie who did my tattoo removal treatment were very nice, professional and upbeat. When I went into the consultation room, I was met by Julia. From the second she walked in she had an attitude. Like it was beneath her to speak to me and my friend. She gave no insight on the procedure, or what to expect. She just threw out the price of what the session would cost and asked me to pay upfront before the procedure. When my friend brought up how much other clients of hers have paid, (my friend owns her own beauty business and referred 100s of people to A&E in the last 5 years including myself), Julia then proceeded to grossly bash the prior employee that used to work there and gave reasons why she was no longer there. ONE: That is completely ILLEGAL to disclose why someone no longer works at an establishment (you legally can only say "they no longer work here"), and TWO: How UNPROFESSIONAL are you to do that to a prior employee and to say those things to people you literally just met? I'm really disgusted by Julia's behavior. The tattoo removal treatment was quick, almost painless and Stephanie was very informative on the aftercare. The other women in the office were very polite and that's the only reason this review has 1 star. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I tried the semaglutide shot for 2 months, and this place is a money grab, they don’t genuinely care about their patients. 1st: I wasn’t told I couldn’t drink on the shot. I didn’t know much about it, which is why they are there to educate me. The first time I got injected in their office, I asked their manager I think she is, Julia (who is not very pleasant), if I could go out and have martinis after and she told me yes and to go for it. The next weekend after some heavy drinking (it was my bday), I was puking and shitting blood. When I called them Julia told me I shouldn’t really drink on the shot, which was opposite of what she told me the first day. 2nd: They told me the shot would make me nauseous and if it got too bad they would prescribe something for me. Well when I called them to tell them I was puking blood, she told me to go to the nearest pharmacy and get an anti nausea drug. 3rd: Julia also declined to tell me that every time I go up a dose, they increase the price. 4th: it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve stopped my shot and they haven’t called, or anything to see if I was okay, if I wanted to continue, how I was feeling, etc. They also said every time I come in for more shots they’d do a weigh in. Never had that. It’s like I was never there.

Very dissatisfied with this clinic. I purchased several laser hair removal packages over the years. Shortly after COVID, I was told that my package sessions were running out. I found this a bit surprising as I knew I still had hair growth happening. When I inquired about this, I was told I would need to pay for additional sessions as needed......WHAT!!!! I have random hair growth in these areas, and when I called them to see if they would stand behind what I had paid for, the simple answer was "No sorry". I would stay away from them if I was you. There are many other clinics in the area that stand by their packages and will make things right if needed

Having a tattoo removed and highly recommend this service. Staff are knowledgeable and have answered all my questions throughout the process. Happy with the results after only 3 sessions. Took advantage of an unlimited session deal. Call often because they run limited holiday specials on other services like Botox and fillers.

I can only say that all my visits to A+E have been a joy! I come with my daughter and best friend as we travel from about 45 minutes and we are always greeted warmly by the very professional staff. Our wait times are minimal and they have been wonderful enough to get us in early when something has come up in our own schedule that we need to get back home for. The treatments themselves are quick and painless. All the staff is friendly and helpful; they answer any questions I have and offer advice. It's been nearly a year of visits and the results are great. I tell all my friends this is one of the best things I have ever done for myself!!
