Every time I called, I felt like they did not want to be on the phone with me. I waited months for an appointment just to be told two weeks before that the doctor changed his schedule and I would need to wait multiple months longer. I felt relief because I believed I would be getting help soon, so this was very upsetting. I understand people quit, change schedules, whatever, but my whole experience with them felt lacking of empathy. I called another doctor instead and they were able to get me in with less than a weeks wait, actually listened to my concerns and were incredibly kind and inviting on the phone.

I've seen Dr. Bryan for a couple of years - he's personable, knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. Office staff are also very efficient - they know their jobs and get things (check in, scheduling) done quickly.

Spoke with Kristi on the phone to set up an appointment and had a few questions.. She went above and beyond to be sure I would have all the details for pricing and what my next steps will be regarding my appointment. Very thorough and professional

This place was not pleasant at all and frankly extremely not accommodating. I arrived at the exact time my appointment was and they told me i was late because they REQUIRE you to be there 20 MIN EARLY FOR NEW PATIENTS. Ok no problem I would have understood that if there were 20 PAGES OF FORMS TO BE FILLED OUT ON PAPER. No. This was less than a min very straightforward and mostly signing and agreeing that took me 45 secs to fill out. So after 45 min of waiting i asked hey hi still here! Well here comes “KAREN” with the Dr’s rules. Spare me the trouble please and No thank you. Plenty of other offices around. Good luck!

Doctor was knowledgeable and associated staff were kind. Maybe my questions were trivial or unimportant, but I felt rushed in my meeting and didn't get to ask everything I wanted to ask. That said, I was there from 10:20-11am roughly (doctor left for ~10-15min to check on someone else in the middle), and maybe that's much longer than acceptable for some reason. I would suggest better communication here as well as more patient/thorough explanation, as each patient is a person potentially navigating new waters. But overall, I did get some questions answered, and it was helpful. Thanks!
