Efficient check-in, the tech and the PA (Rachel dorrer) were very professional and efficient as a team. A pleasant patient experience! Ill be returning to this practice for any dermatologic issues or needs.

Except for a 30-minute wait everything went very well. Reception was friendly and accurate. Nurses were friendly, helpful and informative about procedure. Dr. Raphael was professional and took time to explain everything including discharge instructions. Overall it was a very good experience. I will return if necessary.

I was referred to this dermatology practice and waited 3 months for an appointment which is pretty standard for a new patient. After waiting 3 months, my appointment was cancelled two weeks prior. I simply received a text letting me know my appointment needs rescheduling, upon calling the soonest they can get me in is in 4 months. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable patient care. Living in discomfort for months looking forward to finding a solution and get more testing done just to be pushed aside, with no apology or even an offer to get me in sooner. Not to mention I requested a physician and was scheduled with a PA.. no email confirmation of my appointment or reminders. If you have any urgency to see a dermatologist, do not waste your time booking here.

The entire staff at Empire Dermatology are beyond amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to! They listen to your questions and answer them completely! They make sure you understand each step of a procedure from start to finish! Would recommend without question!!

I went to Empire Dermatology at their Syracuse location for a Moho's procedure on my nose. I went in with high anxiety, this being my first Moho's procedure. Dr. Jinna's assistant, Matt quickly elevated my concern, he was kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Jinna is amazing. The procedure went extremely well, removing all of the cancer. I highly recommend Dr. Jinna to anyone requiring a Moho's procedure.
