We have been to all three locations. The best location is the Syracuse location by far. However, we have not come across anyone who was rude or unable to do their job. We have been going to these offices for over 3 years. Both my daughter and myself go.

Usually a positive experience. However the latest appointment I was asked by the nurse if an "intern" could join/shadow the PA in my appointment. Thinking that it was a medical student I agreed. I learned too late that the person who witnessed my exam was only an undergrad, a young college student, who had not yet committed to any course of learning, no less, committed to, applied to or accepted by a medical school or in a medical field of learning. I felt violated, angry, and wonder if this is some kind of HPPA violation. Had I known the complete story I would have not agreed to some random college student witnessing my exam.

Very positive experience here treating basal cell carcinoma with MOHs surgery. Everyone (from the receptionist to nurse to physician ) was professional, compassionate, respectful, and prompt. I would recommend Dr. C to anyone needing high quality care.

I took my daughter on September 4th and they are referring us to a surgeon. It is now October 14th and we I have called every day for over a week and left messages and no one has called me back! I don't think the referral was ever sent because we have not been contacted by the surgeon. I am just trying to follow up to see who it was sent to so I can set up my own consult and this is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will be taking work off next and driving to East Syracuse because they don't answer the phone!!!!!

The staff here are so nice! Alex the PA is awesome, he takes the time to get to know you and figure out what it is that is going on with you! The main Doctor there Jeff he’s also very nice and they don’t make you feel like they are pushing you out so quick like all the other doctors that I have been to. The nurses are also very friendly! I would refer them to anyone and everyone!!
