1st time client, definitely returning! Facial and Brazilian wax services purchased. She is very knowledgeable about skincare, answered questions, and provided resources to meet skincare needs. Wax was what I needed. I highly recommend her services!

Amazing service. Helped me get my eyebrows exactly the way I wanted them. The studio was gorgeous, super clean, and very inviting. Very welcoming towards my kids as well which with a deployed spouse is so important. Will be scheduling all future appointments here!

I initially had a consult with Munierah. She initially was very nice and seemed knowledgeable about the process of lip blushing. I decided to book . After my second touch up I had a very prominent line around my lips. She initially recommended I brush the line with whitening toothpaste to lift the color of the line. This didn’t work at all. She then scheduled me for a “removal” and then instead recommended adding more color to my lips to make it match the line. I agreed to this however she made comments regarding it happening possibly due to my “aftercare”. I waited the 6 weeks as she recommended as I looked in the mirror daily seeing still this prominent line around my lips that looked like lipliner. Every time I messaged her she kept saying all lips heal differently and wait until 6 weeks until they are fully healed. I had two other permanent makeup artists look at my lips that told me that she went over my vermillion border and onto my skin, which is why there was such a prominent line. I assumed she would schedule me for tattoo removal free of charge to remove the line since it’s no fault of my own. Once 6 weeks came I messaged her regarding this and she didn’t get back to me for 2 days. Once she did she asked me to send the photos and once I sent them I again didn’t hear from her for 6 days. I had to send her multiple messages to get her to respond . Once she did she just told me she could schedule me for a removal but at a cost. I told her I was confused because I didn’t do anything wrong and I’m not sure why I would need to pay when she had tattooed my skin. She told me “we agreed on a shape together” and “every person heals differently which is why my outer lip healed at a different rate”. She then said other factors such as “aftercare” can play a role. I was shocked considering I knew this was on my skin and it seems that she didn’t want to take responsibility for doing the lip blushing incorrectly. She also pretty much blamed me . Two other artists knew within seconds that this tattoo is on my skin over the vermillion border. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay to have this removed from my skin.I would not recommend her for this service. She acted unprofessionally with this and now I have paid out all of this money to look like I wake up with lipliner. I am attaching photos here for others to see the work she did and yes has been confirmed that it was done incorrectly.

Have gone on many occasions to get my eyebrows mapped, shaped and waxed! Got the lamination done yesterday and every time her hands come near my eyebrows I leave happy! I’ve also gotten the lash lift done multiple times and love it!! Munierah is amazing and I wish I could bring her with me to NC! Highly recommend skintricate beauty for any of your beauty needs!!!

I have been searching for an esthetician for a few months. I just wanted someone that would listen and cared about what I needed for my brows. Munierah was fantastic ! She listened to everything that I said and she explained everything about my brows. When she was done, I could of cried because my brows were better than they ever were ! They were beautiful and I could not stop looking at them ! She is phenomenal! She is very knowledgeable. Munierah was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable . The room was very calming and relaxing. I highly recommend her !
