I had a wonderful experience with my botox and lip filler procedures. Staff were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. Friendly and professional atmosphere. Facility was very clean and organized. I would highly recommend this place and their services.

I had previously visited Chapter Aesthetic Studio for lip fillers and left with a frustrating experience. My lips ended up lopsided, and while they did fix the issue, the discomfort of the situation was compounded by their unprofessional approach—they made me feel blamed for their mistake. After a few months, I decided to give them another shot, this time booking a lip flip for myself and a friend. The initial booking process was smooth, with a quick confirmation call allowing us to share a room, which I appreciated. However, the following day, I received a text changing our appointment time without any prior consultation. Given their ample availability, it felt odd that they would confirm one time and then unilaterally decide to alter it. Today, I received a call from the manager who informed me that they no longer offer lip flips—despite having confirmed this service with me less than 48 hours earlier. The condescending tone and attitude during the conversation made it clear that I was no longer welcome. As a paying customer who has previously dealt with their mistakes, this was incredibly disappointing. After doing some research, I found out that every other Chapter Aesthetic location does offer lip flips, debunking the manager's claim. This newer studio has had multiple chances to redeem themselves, but it’s clear they have significant operational issues. There are many other injectors in the area who are much more professional and respectful of their clients. I won’t be returning to Chapter Aesthetic Studio again. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
