It’s always a great experience at this office! Dr Prezzano is fantastic and always helpful. Hannah was super kind, warm, and welcoming and started our visit off great. She was very helpful and insightful. They are very accommodating with late notice appointments! Our visit was a 10/10!

Hannah and Katie were extremely pleasant. Felt very comfortable and welcomed by them, first time seeing a dermatologist and it really couldn't have gone better. Very nice office, wasn't busy at all and I got in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Great people! Dr. Prezzano is very attentive and does a great job. The staff are generally nice, delightful people. I like them much better than the place I previously went to, which was focused more on selling beauty treatments, and not on patient care.

My husband and I have seen both Dr. Prezzano and Katie Shields,PA. The office has been very accommodating with appointments and we appreciate the time both Providers spend with us. The office staff is welcoming and kind. We are very happy with our care!

The office is clean and the staff was polite enough. The Dr on the other hand was clearly too busy for me. He came in, took a fraction of a second look at my face and without hearing anything I had to say, diagnosed me with something he admitted didn’t fit the symptoms. He was clearly looking to get out the door to the point that I suggested he have a seat, as I had things to say regarding my condition. I was very obviously holding him up. My skin is worse since starting treatment and as someone who didn’t even have acne growing up, this is a nightmare for me.
