Couldn’t recommend this office more! The staff there is so nice and I know I’m not an easy patient. I came in due to not being able to fully breathe most of my life, and Dr. Suryadevara was able to correct diagnose my problem and told me about the surgery to correct it. He never pushed me into surgery instead told me the benefits it would have and that he recommends it but untimately it was my choice. He explained everything very clearly and truthfully which I appreciated. The recovery was as expected like any nose surgery would be, however I never even bruised in the slightest! It’s now been almost 2 months since my surgery and I’ve never been happier, I can fully breathe out of my nose and the appearance is so much better. I’m so happy I made this decision and got to have Dr. Suryadevara as my surgeon.

I had broken facial bones, a crooked nose, and perforated septum. Dr. Suryadevara took great care of me throughout the entirety of my initial healing, during surgery (septorhinoplasty), and aftercare. His directions to prepare for surgery, aftercare instructions, and answers to my questions were all explained very clearly so I didn’t have to worry about doing anything wrong. He also provided me with multiple forms of contact information in case I had any issues after surgery. I currently live over 700 miles out of New York. Even though Dr. Suryadevara offered to refer me to another ENT in my area, I am choosing to remain under his care instead of going elsewhere. I am very happy with the end result. I did not give him a lot to work with from my face and he still managed to carry out a beautiful surgery. Amar Suryadevara is professional, honest, and an artist at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My daughter just had a complicated surgery to repair an old nasal fracture injury by Dr. Suryadevara. As a back story, my daughter is, in general, an extremely anxious patient. In addition, I was raised in the area, my father was a surgeon in town for almost 50 years, and I have maintained a surgical practice in town for the last 30 years. So I have been around the block a few times, and have been exposed to two generations of physicians in Syracuse. So I am confident in my assessment of Dr. Suryadevara and his entire staff, as they stack up to other practices and specialties in town. Succinctly, Dr. Suryadevara is an incredibly competent surgeon who just happens to be a wonderfully gentle, compassionate, and empathetic man; qualities that are not seen too often in today's world of medicine. Not once in the many years that he followed my daughter, did we ever feel like we were getting the "bums-rush" like most other medical practices. He always took the time to honestly and professionally answer any and all questions, without making us feel like a burden. We mulled over the treatment options regarding my daughter for years, eventually opting to have the surgery done. Thank God we chose Dr. Suryadevara. The surgery went off without a hitch, my daughter did great (and loves his entire staff), and we couldn't be happier. From a social point of view, we will always refer all of our friends to Dr. Suryadevara. But, more importantly, he has earned a professional referral for life. I will send all of my patients to him from now on. He's that good!

Suryadevara and his staff are extremely personable and kind! I became a patient due to a major trauma and with their help was able to return to everyday life as if nothing had changed. They were very helpful and positive during my tough time.

My husband was diagnosed with a melanoma on his face, This Doctor worked a miracle as far as I’m concerned. He got every bit of it out , after 3 surgery’s my husband is back on the road to recovery! Because of him my husband was given another chance. Thanks Doctor!!
