Our first visit. My son has sensory issues and dr Austin was great. He assured us it was nothing to be concerned about and addressed all our questions. We felt that everyone cared about his well being.

I usually dread doctor's appointments. If all doctors were more like Dr. Austin (and his wonderful staff) I would dread it a whole lot less. Also can't say enough good things about Mary. Such a lovely woman. Kind and gentle. Went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable during surgery. Quick update: I just called the office to see if they accept my new insurance and the woman was very unfriendly if not downright rude. That's been my only bad experience so far.

All I gotta say is, this office did a great job. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole visit as smooth as can be. I don’t usually leave reviews, but they definitely earned it. Would recommend. Thank you.

Kara Veit, PA-C is thorough and professional. She takes the time to answer all questions. She performs procedures carefully and gently. It’s easy to make/change appointments at this office and wait times are short.
