Dr. Wai Ping Chan, DO

The doctors here are extremely responsible and knowledgeable. They successfully resolved a long-standing skin issue that had been troubling me for a while. I also tried laser treatment afterward, and the results were amazing! Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Chan is very professional and caring. She explained my skin problem and treatment options patiently. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend.

First, I want to begin and saying that first impressions is very important. I've been suffering from a skin condition for almost 27 years since I was 5 years old. I've went to numerous doctors and dermatologists throughout my lifetime to try to figure out the issue but to no avail. From what I understand skin conditions are tricky, and no conditions are alike, for example even if two people have the same condition, it still would look different on both persons. I think that is why it has been difficult for previous doctors to diagnose me. Not Doctor chan. As soon as Dr. Chan stepped into the office my first impression was that she was very knowledgeable. Right away she started to evaluate my condition and she already had a couple of hypothesis in mind. She checked my whole body and crossed out the possibilities to what my condition may be. I felt very comfortable with a doctor like this because I feel like I am in good hands. Whenever you meet someone knowledgeable in their field, you feel comfortable and trust. I appreciate doctor Chans diagnosis and I hope with upcoming treatments it would get better I highly recommend Dr. Chan.

I came in to see Dr. Chan for a hair loss problem. I was afraid that I would be bald by the spring. Dr. Chan was very informative and fully explained what might be the causes of my problem, and treatments. Dr. Chan made me feel a lot better. She is very friendly and gave me her full attention. I highly recommend Dr. Chan.

I have zero respect for Dr. Chan. She loses her temper and gets emotional easily. In my case, I simply asked how much it would cost to get a skin ointment that isn’t covered by my insurance, and she completely freaked out. Honestly, Poor Ms.Wai Ping Chan, you should seek help!
